Access to and use of the gas189 platform is strictly restricted. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:
Age Verification: gas189 enforces strict age verification. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a thorough age verification review. Any winnings generated by an underage user will be forfeited and returned to the operator.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the gas189 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify gas189 promptly of any changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. gas189 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. gas189 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Accounts on gas189 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in IDR. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.
Before processing any withdrawal request, gas189 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. KYC is a regulatory requirement under our international gaming licence and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
gas189 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
gas189 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for existing verified accounts, if we have reason to believe that circumstances have changed or that the original documentation was insufficient.
gas189 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts; however, VIP account limits may differ as detailed in the VIP programme terms. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the gas189 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard processing time for withdrawals is 5–15 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB); outside these hours, processing may take up to 2 hours.
gas189 does not charge any fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gas189 accepts no responsibility.
By depositing funds into your gas189 Account, you confirm that the funds originate from a lawful source and belong to you personally. gas189 reserves the right to request proof of funds source as part of our anti-money-laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
AML Notice: gas189 complies with international anti-money-laundering standards. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities under our licensing obligations. This is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of VIP status.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by gas189 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.
Different game categories contribute differently to meeting wagering requirements:
While a bonus is active in your Account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms, typically 30 days from activation. Unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. gas189 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
gas189 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently suspend accounts where we identify abuse of promotions, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to exploit promotions, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcomes.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. gas189 covers football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions such as the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports. Bandar bola (Indonesian-style ball dealer / football odds market) markets are subject to the same rules as all other football betting products.
In-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion. gas189 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time, including during technical difficulties or when match integrity concerns arise. Bets placed after a decisive match event has occurred but before odds are updated may be voided at the operator's discretion.
All casino and slot games on gas189 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited. Outcomes are determined by RNG and are not influenced by previous spins or any external factor. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are long-term statistical averages; individual session results will vary.
gas189 reserves the right to void any bet at its discretion where: (a) the bet was accepted due to an obvious error in odds; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; (c) the event was abandoned or materially altered before conclusion; or (d) technical errors affected the integrity of the bet. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake.

gas189 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, gas189, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
Disclaimer: The gas189 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
gas189 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) we are required to do so by Applicable Law or a regulatory authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any confirmed balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitations of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gas189 holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
